I highly recommend & trust my mechanic, Mas!! My family have taken our various cars here for years (over 2 decades). Honda, Acura, Lexus... I totally & completely trust their work & their prices are totally reasonable. It's hard to find people with the same work ethic as the people at Tokyo Auto. Knowing a truly trustworthy mechanic is rare...so I feel very fortunate.

For those who have imports, look no further. Tokyo Automotive is the place to bring your vehicle. Mas was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Finding an honest and knowledgeable mechanic is so very difficult. They have earned my business and I hope anyone who is looking, will give them a shot. Thanks Mas.

Tokyo Automotive is such an awesome shop. My twin brother and I have been going here for many many years. Tatsu and his father run a tight ship. The work is done quickly and efficiently; and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. If you're looking for a place to service your vehicle, that will get the job done right look no further. Tokyo Auto is a one stop shop!!

Take your car here for electrical problems! (Especially if it's Japanese.) Ken Imai is very knowledgeable. I brought in an 88' Camry that had a broken automatic seatbelt, windows that wouldn't roll down, broken door switches and locks. Everywhere else that I called in told me that it would be a hairy business fixing these problems. Researching and calling several Fullerton auto repair shops told me that diagnostic fees would be $100+ and that it would cost much much more to fix it. I described my problem to Ken, he voiced his suspicions and said it would be only $88 to look at it. A few hours after we dropped off our car, Ken called saying he fixed the problem-- a pesky broken wire. We were amazed that his suspicions were right on the dot, and that after suffering from them for over a year all of these problems were fixed so quickly! We are very pleased with the service we received here. I'm posting this review three weeks later and everything is still working pretty well!

After having issues with my old mechanic I needed to find a new shop. So, I came for an oil change. The pricing was affordable, I have actually paid more for an oil change elsewhere and didn't have nearly as good as service as I did at tokyo. Naohito, always does a great job of checking everything over and relaying any information. I've been lucky to have no major issues, but if I did I know that I could count on Tokyo to take care of it. It's a great shop that does quality work!

This place is AWESOME. Owner is great and knowledgeable. I believe a family owned business. i am comfortable with his recommendations. As opposed to dealerships. My family and friends come here.

I have a 2009 Ford Focus and unfortunately after only a few years I needed a new engine. I brought my car to Tokyo Automotive and they assured me they could get my car running like new! It took roughly a week and when I was told my car was ready I was excited to see the finished product. I could not believe what an amazing job they did!! My car was just like new again! Naohito was the one who did the work on my car and not only was he very professional but he explained everything he did to my car until I understood. Since then I have been taking my car here for oil changes and routine check ups and I always leave very satisfied. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and I would recommend them to anyone who reads this. They are honest, fair and have great customer service! Thank you Naohito and Mas for the excellent work on my car and the continued maintenance!

Referred to this autoshop by a friend who only takes his Nissan here and I can see why. All I can say is this is a great shop with honest and knowledgeable mechanics. Fair price and fast work. I highly recommend!
